TowXchange customer support is here to provide you with expert help with your TowXchange products and services. Here you will find support contacts, online support resources, information about training services, and our e-mail notification service.

Standard Support

Live Online Support
Chat live online or leave a message for our helpdesk staff. Live online support is available 8AM to 6PM ET, Monday through Friday, or leave a message 24 hours a day. Online and phone support are handled with equal priority, providing you the convenience of online support with prompt response.
Phone Support We provide 24-hour, 7 day per week telephone support. Our standard, toll-free telephone support is available to all customers between 8AM and 6PM ET, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our support center can be reached at 866-800-8677. After hours support is available through our on call support staff which can also be reached at 866-800-8677.
E-mail Support Support issues can be submitted online and will be addressed promptly. Our support staff will contact you by telephone or e-mail during normal business hours regarding your issue. Support issues should be e-mailed to support@towxchange.net


Paid Support Plans

We offer after-hours technical support during non-business hours. This support is offered on an on-call basis and is a chargeable service. The rate for this support is $40 per hour with a one-half hour minimum. Customers will not be charged for resolution of issues resulting from a problem in our data center. Training and local network support issues are chargeable events. After hours support can also be purchased in advance at a reduced cost. The assigned after-hours support personnel can be reached at 866-800-8677. Keep in mind that non-critical issues can be e-mailed to support@towxchange.net at any time and will be reviewed the next business day.

Training Services

Web Based Training
To support the training needs of our customers, we offer regularly scheduled Internet based training for Call Taking and Dispatch. We understand that our customers have training needs associated with turnover and on-going education and offer this service to better support our customers. This Internet based training is a free benefit from towXchange. We offer the following classes each month:


 
  • 1st Tuesday of each month at 11:00am EST: 90 minute
    Call Taking & Dispatch Training
  • 3rd Tuesday of each month at 3:30pm EST: 90 minute
    Call Taking & Dispatch Training


  • Classes are held for up to four participants as well as the trainer. We have approximately 45 minutes of structured training followed by 45 minutes available for Q&A.
