How TOPS software compares

Unlike traditional software that is bought with one large upfront fee, TOPS is offered as a hosted application which is rented monthly. As a hosted application, using TOPS is simple. You are not required to purchase a server, load complex software in your office, perform software upgrades and patches, or do backups of your data.

TOPS pricing is based on a monthly charge for maximum simultaneous users of the system. For example, you may have 10 employees who will need access to TOPS, but only 3 will need access at any one time. In this case you would buy access for 3 "seats" at $330 per month, which would allow any 3 of your employee's to use TOPS at the same time.

Price includes access to most TOPS functionality including Call Taking, Dispatch, Inventory Control, Driver Checkout, Tow Ticket Control and more. Price also includes Help Desk support, unlimited upgrades, automatic data backups, and our TOPS Link Internet application which allows your customers to enter calls, check the status of their own calls, and even check your inventory for their own calls. The software pricing can be adjusted as your user count needs change.**

There is a one-time setup fee of $300 for basic company setup in TOPS. This also includes setting up your customers, employees, trucks, etc. There is also a one time setup fee of $250 to setup the QuickBooks interface for Accounting. **
